Meet James Tribbitt
The Heart of Aqua Might
James Tribbitt’s journey to founding Aqua Might is one of passion, perseverance, and purpose. Starting at age 17, James built a 15-year career in IT, specializing in hardware, server maintenance, and complex network systems. From an internship under a network engineer to roles with Geek Squad and local radio stations, he honed a methodical, problem-solving approach that still defines his work today. However, as the IT industry shifted to prioritize bachelor’s degrees, James faced a competitive job market that no longer aligned with his financial goals.
Seeking a new path, James spent three years providing end-of-life care alongside his wife and mother-in-law, an experience that deepened his commitment to meaningful work. During this time, he never wavered from his entrepreneurial dreams. With five years of self-study in business -covering entrepreneurship, operations, and brand building- and over a decade mastering personal finance, budgeting, and money management, James was ready to create something extraordinary.
In 2023, James discovered pressure washing, diving into months of intensive research, consuming hundreds of hours of training, industry forums, and conversations with seasoned professionals. He spent an additional two months meticulously building his first pressure washing rig, ensuring every detail was perfect. This preparation paid off when Aqua Might launched in March 2024, achieving tremendous success in its first year and continuing to flourish. James’s values, instilled by his parents, drive our business: quality and integrity matter above all.
